1C added an offline mode feature to the mobile client of the 1C:Enterprise platform starting from version 8.3.16 in order to make its use more user-friendly.
Previously, in case the connection with the server was lost, the mobile client stopped working, and if the user closed the application before restoring connection, data loss could occur.
In the case of a slow connection, requests to the infobase could take a long time, which has an adverse effect on the convenience of work. The mobile client offline mode is designed to solve these issues.
