Main challenges

Prior to the automation project, all contracts and invoices were stored in folders on users' computers and in email.
There were difficulties with reconciliation of mutual settlements.
The new tax accounting requirements require automation and maintenanceof a unified database.

The objectives of the project were:

Contract management, storage of scanned copies in a single database
Automation of service management processes, billing and control of mutual settlements
Automation of cost management processes
Tax return preparation
Financial accounting, reporting and preparation for the annual audit

We have been working with ANASOFT since 2018. With the help of the ERP Prime software, we have automated the processes of storing contracts, invoicing, and generating printed forms to send to our customers. ERP Prime allows us to control mutual settlements and manage expenses in real time. The process of preparing for the annual audit now takes very little time, as the built-in reports allow us to get the necessary information in a matter of minutes.
